C est ce que j ai compris des accords Union Europeenne. Vous m avez precedemment repondu qu c est a l Angleterre de faire ces calculs; ils me repondent que non. Ils me payent seulement leur calcul sur sol Anglais. Y a t-il un accord entre pays Union Europeenne ?
